Premier Inn London Uxbridge hotel

Great value for money, comfortable beds, quiet, amazing value breakfast and wonderful staff. Lack of ventilation in the rooms is unhealthy. There is a pool of condensation on the windowsill and mould. Otherwise would have been an easy five stars

Fantastic place to stay possibly the best in the entire of Greater London. It's just outside London's "centre" and has easy access through the Metropolitan Underground Line which goes straight into London from the Uxbridge Station which is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Perfect for an overnight stay near Heathrow. Stayed in a few Premier Inns in the area and this is the best I have found yet. Raakesh warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond to meet my request for a quiet room as I was having an early night. And I slept so well, such and comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. Everything I needed for a refreshing stay before up early for a flight the next day. This will now be my go to hotel in the area. Perfect location just outside the Town Centre of Uxbridge but close enough to stroll in for anything you need. Nice Canalside walks on the doorstep and lovely pubs nearby. Plus free parking too… It really ticks all the boxes.

Stayed one night as attending an event locally. We usually stay at Premier Inns as you know what you are getting. Room condition a little tired, but clean and very quiet. Not far from town centre and a free car park. Lots of people there were regular customers and known to the staff. Nazrullah checked us in and worked the restaurant and bar as a staff member had called in sick that day. A very friendly, efficient and helpful guy. Also George in the restaurant was good. We had dinner as a terrible night weather wise, which was better than I expected. Great breakfast. Would stay here again and overall happy with the experience.

Room was really nice, good pressure in the shower and high quality soap in the bathroom. Only criticism would be, for my own personal preference, that the bed was too rigid. The firm pillows were nice, but a bed that was not quite as solid would have helped. The location is convenient in terms of what is locally (Uxbridge centre), however it is tucked away in an industrial estate, so was a bit tricky to get to there. Staff were perfectly pleasant and did not wait long to be seen to or check-in

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was outstanding. Room was clean, beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, shower was powerfully. Service was outstanding, Rakesh and his team went above and beyond for us, we had breakfast and evening meal and the food was gorgeous and we were so well looked after by them all. Definitely will be booking again.

Excellent customer service by Alison at Reception. We arrived in Uxbridge having booked a luxury AirBnB. It was a complete disaster and we were not willing to stay there so we turned up at this Premier Inn. Alison explained that they were full but spent her time finding us accommodation at the Uxbridge town centre sister hotel. As there is no parking at the town centre hotel Alison arranged safe local parking for us too. She was a friendly and helpful face when we needed it most. We were very impressed by her. This hotel in my opinion is the best hotel ever! I have been to this hotel for the past 3 years. The service here is great and they have manners. The beds are very comfortable , clean and they don’t have a single spec of dirt. The restaurant is large and has lots of stations during breakfast including coffee, pastries , hot food. This hotel also is about 45 minutes out from central London. This hotel is two mins away from the tube station and the town centre. Last before least the hotel is 5 mins away from two shopping centres, retail shops, pharmacies and vets. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers without any hesitation.
